Is connecting my Amazon account safe?
Yes. Scalavio connects through Amazon's official SP-API and Ads API. We read your orders, fees, and finance data to calculate your numbers — that access is read-only. Advertising actions, like negating or adding a keyword, are made through the Amazon Ads API and only run when you approve them. We never change your product listings or move your money, and you can revoke access from Amazon at any time.
How accurate are the numbers versus Seller Central?
Our net profit reconciles to your actual Amazon settlement — we show the estimate and the real deposit side by side so you can see the match. We account for every fee, refund, and ad cost, plus the COGS you enter, so the figure you see is the money that lands in your bank.
Which marketplaces do you support?
At launch, Scalavio supports the Amazon US (amazon.com) marketplace. Additional marketplaces are on our roadmap — tell us which one you need and we'll let you know when it's ready.
Do I have to enter COGS?
To see true net profit, yes — but you can start fast. Import a CSV, or just enter your top-revenue SKUs first and see real margins on those immediately. Until COGS is in, we clearly mark the profit number as approximate, never silently wrong.
What does it cost, and is there a free trial?

What data do you store, and how is it secured?
We store the order, fee, settlement, and ad data needed to calculate your profit and advertising metrics — only aggregate financial and order data, never buyer personal information (PII).
